Pros

A place where everyone's opinion and ideas are listened to, respected and taken into account regardless of their position, years of experience or time in the company.

Cons

Although it claims to be a user-center company, I would argue that is no different to other agencies, rather sales-focused and deadline obsessed. Budgeting and project planning is done at the operations level with little or no involvement of the experts who will actually perform the work, often resulting in sacrificing quality or staff burnout as a result of the desperate attempt to get everything done in as little time and resources as possible. In my opinion there is little awareness and disregard of certain disciplines on what it actually takes to deliver a job well done.

Pros

Employees at All human can benefit from pension, health insurance, generous annual leave, paid maternity / paternity leave, flexible working hours, remote working and an annual training budget. There is great work-life balance with generous summer and Christmas parties. Most staff are hard working, helpful and great to work with. Management are passionate, approachable, supportive and listen to feedback.

Cons

It can sometimes be expected of staff to wear more than one hat, which can lead to some people doing tasks that aren't necessarily their responsibility.

Pros

Great benefits and Pay package Standard Annual Leave + Christmas week and your Birthday off Sick pay Great healthcare package Voucher at Christmas Paid Mat leave Pension Good tools: Slack/Jira/Miro etc Teams are very very hard working Depending on the department you are in, it is a great place to work for or a not so great place to work for.

Cons

- Technology grew too much too quickly and do not have the capabilities in the team to meet the growth leading to over work of resources and unhappy clients. - There is an atmosphere to educate and drive change, but senior management struggle with change more than any of the team so there is a gap between what they preach and what they practice. - As the company is small, you have to wear many hats and you are expected to do roles you where you have no experience or skills at but also deliver to the timeline of an expert and do the jobs of multiple people. - The CEO is huge on loyalty to his own detriment and has people in jobs they are not equipped to do because of their length of time working there rather than their capability. - There is no real long term strategy. A lot of talk and not a lot of action on strategy. - You are perceived to be 'difficult' if you speak up or have issues with team. - Siloed working - Huge pressure to deliver to timelines we cannot commit to, but company does not push back, just keeps promising. - Favoritism happens and is rife. - Some teams are a lot more hard working than others. Some teams 'work to rule' and will not do a minute over time or support other teams if they have free time. - Timesheets are strict - Culture is at team level since working from home. So it depends on your team how the culture is. - Medium/High turnover of staff. There are people there 12+ years (Most Senior managers with a stake in the company) and then the rest are there a couple of years and leave to find another challenge or are pushed out. - The gap between the senior management work load and the people doing the doing. For example, you will find some managers watching Friends, getting coffee with colleagues or playing computer games and then some teams and managers extremely over worked with no lunch breaks or social time. - Depending on the department you will either be micro managed, well supported or not supported at all. - A lot of unnecessary admin to do - No respect from clients.
