      Pros

      Management is very open and friendly. Coworkers are great to work with. Family atmosphere and down to earth. The company cares for it's people. Company is willing to invest in training and education.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to get promoted but not impossible.

      Family owned company, flexible schedule, remote work, Management will work with you to meet your needs. The annual reviews were great, there is opportunity to shine.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunities to move up the ladder, some departments are difficult to change to paperless.
