Pros
You can work on making The Game I guess Entry level juniors only teams that can get you inside the game dev industry and hopefully you can get out from the company as quickly as possible
Cons
No money for their employees. You won't get your monthly pay check on time . Expect to hear that "others in the industry has worse experience because they need to wait 3-4 months for their pay!". I'm so tired of it. Internal structure is non existent. There's only 3 people "that matter" and stall all the progress teams could make if only were given a proper lead. Instead you have a supervisor that also has 5 other job titles and appears to never be on any meeting "taking care of something else" in other projects. Micromanagement at its finest. Missmanagenent too.
