Pros

beautiful office spaces, snacks, soda, decent benefits, some great co-workers and people who work really hard. CEO seems to be a decent guy who, at least, used to be interested in its employees (I don't believe he knows what's going on within the company).

Cons

Hopeless management with little concept of people management and development skills with no clear objectives. Favoritism, nepotism and clicks is your daily bread. Absolute lack of integrity even though it's in their core value. If you want to advance, get promoted or be in a good stand, you better join the club. Some of the high rating recent reviews here are written by the recruiters that they had hired because there is a problem with retention. Engineers and Architects-it's a short game for you here. Most of us leave within a year. Though I have to say that I met here one of the greatest co-workers in my career.

Pros

I was very excited to start working at AllClear ID. The office was lively and fun, I enjoyed the interview process, and I was excited to be apart of a company working on some really cool projects.

Cons

Quickly after I started working I became fully aware of the corruption and twisted politics of the office. This company is completely unstable and I urge you to think twice before accepting a position here. The CEO makes haphazard decisions without consulting the senior leadership team and no one is on the same page. Because it is a private company no one is aware of the financial state that the company went through causing them to lay off dozens of people over the last several months. They laid off essential personnel and kept people that should not still be there.

Pros

Great career opportunities for relatives of a manager or fellow church members. Downtown location. Free credit monitoring. Nice salaries (offset by poor health care benefits and paid vacation/holiday package).

Cons

High turnover! Continuous pattern of hiring sprees, and then firing. Value statement may exist but the organization and culture doesn't live by the value statement. The value statement is used primarily as a recruiting and marketing ploy. Some of the managers and directors have created hostile work environments and a culture of favoritism. If you try to raise concerns of inappropriate behavior to VPs or higher up, your direct management retaliates. Excessive frivolous spending, lack of discipline and strategic investment in the future. Out-dated product technology; updating technology has been a secondary priority to the excessive hiring of unnecessary administrative positions, brand new office space, and big bonuses and perks for senior leaders.
