      Great community; horrible management

      Pros

      People (direct co-workers) are great, there's a ton of flexibility and work-life balance. Salary is in line with the market, even above if you're on top of your game.

      Cons

      Senior Management is completely disconnected from the engineering projects. The CEO actually tries to highlight with any occasion that engineering does not really matter and 80% of the company's income is generated by sales (?!). Speaking of sales, there are no "projects" being signed. All the company does lately is staff augmentation for others, which means that you might do Cloud engineering or you might do support for the customer's teams. The craze for billable hours. It does not matter what you do as long as it is billable - good or trash work. It also does not matter what your role is. You've been hired as a manager / team-lead? You need to do billable hours, so now you do project management for a customer. You are a Solutions Architect? We need more DevOps capacity, so now you do DevOps. Learning and Development is inexistent. Yes, they do pay for platforms and certifications, but there is close to 0 knowledge sharing across teams, verticals or departments and also no time allocated specifically for learning or experimenting. Your value and work is contingent on your location. To be specific, if you're based in Romania, you're probably getting the projects that no one else wants to deal with.

      Pros

      Cool swag and lots of it. Great backpack

      Cons

      Hard to work across time zones, not a lot of direction, felt very siloed and alone, I would get ambushed first thing in the morning. Lots of turnover. Not a place to make a career

      We appreciate your positive feedback on our cool swag but there is so much more such as our continuous learning environment, the very cool projects and clients that our consultants support, and the really cool people with whom you get to work. The learning and career opportunities here are unlimited and many of our AllClouders have between 3 - 10 years tenure here at AllCloud. We have heard the concerns about working across time zones and are currently reorganizing our coverage model to help alleviate that concern.

      The worst company you could ever work with!!!

      As a company, there's nothing.

      Cons

      No proper commincations within the company at all. There's no value for your opionins as an employee. You will end up in a mentatilty like a fragile glass bottle that you would lose job anytime. A lot of employees has been fired from the company recent times without any proper justification. There are weired rules in company when it comes to tax calculation that makes you endup in always reduced salary than expected. Management decision always changes. It's totally weired to explain. In total, if you once start working in this company it's all mess. The company will ask you to give positive reviews on Glassdoor if something negative, the employees have to tell them to the management directly. Always pretends they are nice.

We do encourage our employees to provide comments on Glassdoor as one method of feedback. I am sorry to hear that you felt as if you were working in a “fragile” environment. We are a hyper growth company and want all of our employees, across the globe, to feel empowered in what they do and how they work with our clients. This is why we have opened several avenues, including town halls with employees, as a means for them to share feedback for improvements. I am sorry to hear that these efforts were not helpful to you.
