Pros

None, there are no pros. Most unprofessional employer in PDX.

Cons

Outbursts from Senior Management constantly berating staff & different dpmts seen as having more value. Turnover at 40%. Low morale. Co-owners are poor leaders who are unprofessional who insult & yell at employees. Value placed on seniority over performance.

1 OF THE WORST EMPLOYERS EVER!

Business outlook

Pros

None, there is no professional future at this company.

Cons

They don't pay a competitive wage, promise wage increases, commissions, bonuses & don't deliver. A dysfunctional, nepotistic company where incompetent family members & friends are hired who can't perform & they fire top performers. The leadership verbally abuses employees & almost physically assaults another manager who runs home to get away & doesn't show up to work. The leadership has reneged on Sales rep's bonus structure + high turnover throughout the whole company=40+%/each year including Senior Management. The leadership swears epithets constantly: very unprofessional, reactive & not strategic. 40% turnover for a company of 50 employees, Sales hardly make any commissions for at least a year & that's why I left as most of them do. Nightmare of a company!

These allegations are diametrically opposed to how the company operates, how it treats its people and how leadership behaves. We are a values-based company that is committed to Excellence, Integrity, Evolution and Teamwork. These are core measures for all employees and leadership is held to the same standards. The company just completed another performance review cycle with generous merit increases awarded across the board and many promotions. We invite applicants to come see why this is a great place to build a career!

Pros

It paid pretty well - that's about it !!

Cons

Unpleasant area to work in downtown everyday traffic and parking are a complete nightmare!! -- The company has no groundwork and runs things in very unprofessional ways. I would not recommend working here, unless you like an unstructured environment where Pissy nurses think they are on top of the world !! Over all I give this place an F. The CEO didn't even seem to know what he was really doing, an claimed we were "helping" people LOL !!

Most of our employees love working downtown in Portland, with access to great shopping, restaurants and food carts. Our new facility in the US Bancorp Tower is first-class, with great views of the city and mountains, new furnishings and employee lounge areas. Plus we offer free parking in a garage close by! As a values-based company that is professionally managed, we are sorry to see reviews like this. We are a 20 year old company, and have well developed management systems for virtually all aspects of our business. Historically, we have been overdependent on tribal knowledge in our clinical operations area and this has made it difficult for us to train/up-skill our employees as fast as we would like. With our lean transformation over the past year, we have invested in new training methods and are accelerating our ability to onboard employees and bring them up to speed. We regularly communicate with employees on our overall strategy, team and individual performance and provide feedback on improvement and growth opportunities. We take corrective action on individual attitudes and behaviors, holding ourselves accountable at all levels of the organization to high standards of teamwork. We are continuously working to develop our management team and seek outside coaching and consultants to augment our skills. As a mission-driven business dedicated to improving the quality and integrity of healthcare, we are a national leader and recognized by top enterprise clients who value AllMed as their partner.
