Pros

None to think of, company management is weak. In our dept, claims are not getting paid. Many employees do not call the insurance companies when needed for clarification, nor do they know how to look up denial codes. Claims come up in Q over and over again. Our clients are loosing millions of dollars due to mishandled claims reaching the end of timely filing limits. Employees just move claims from Q to Q without having the necessary ability or training to properly process these claims.

Cons

One person was interviewed through an employment agency. She was told it was a pymt posting position...which is not true. This lady had 20+ years experience and if she had been told what the position really was she would have been prepared for that ridiculous test they give. As is AllMeds completely misled her employment agency on the type of job it was. Communication is poor among upper management. Things are getting worse here by the day, tempers flare, the workload is too much, questions are not welcome, no training, it’s just awful.

Pros

Great, knowledgeable coworkers. Fun working environment (at first).

Cons

New management after selling the company ruined everything Allmeds was building. They seemed to stop caring about the employees or the clients. The new parent company had managers from another company come in and basically wiped the company out and started pushing the other company's product instead.

Pros

None now that they sold out to evercommerce

Cons

Laid off good employees under Allmeds umbrella, so that once they became EverCommerce they did not have to offer us our jobs back. Instead they posted our jobs in order to bring in new people and pay them $20,000 or more less
