- The benefits could use some improvement. To be frank, they are ancient concepts for employee retention and are not competitive or current with market trends.
-The pay is abysmal, which is another reason why this is not a long term employment option.
-Technology is outdated and so is the building, another reason why they are so behind on some of the task and so many people are needed for the manual work which updated technology can eliminate.
-Changes are fast and not entirely rational, the company and its employee are subject to the sporadic and often emotional decision of the company's owners.
- There does not appear to be a concrete structure or an establish chain of command with management.
-Inexperience and ill equipped individuals are placed into positions purely because they are there.
-There is little to no access to the CEO unless you are among a select few and given this is a small office, its a bit unnerving.
