No raises in years, cut matching funds to retirement in 2020/21, no salary base for positions (people starting with less education or experience could come in at a higher pay than you for the same job)

Pros

Great community of people. Faculty members are excellent and go above and beyond for their students. It is a beautiful campus.

Cons

The administration is top heavy and their decision making skills are sub-par. It used to be a great place to work, but now over 2/3 of the employees are administration compared to staff. Very VERY low pay.

Hilariously low pay for hilariously high expectations. 12 hour days not uncommon, and 5am alarms for college fairs and flights to more college fairs were the norm. Only 10 paid days off a year outside of holidays and it's a fight to even get to use those.
