Pros

I love that it is a smaller and growing company with a lot of potential for the future. Because it is on the smaller side, the company feels like family. Everyone I've come in contact with has been so nice and welcoming. The CEO is down-to-earth and truly cares about the employees.

Pros

I am relatively new to this company and so far I have had a great experience. The management is engaged and seem to truly care about their employees. I enjoy meeting the the different teams and look forward to the upcoming AST sponsored events to meet more of the management. The benefits are by far the best that I have been offered. I have noticed that there seems to be a nice emphasis on work/personal life balance and I really appreciate that. I am proud to say that I am AST employee!

Pros

Wonderful work-life balance. Understanding, friendly, open door style managers. Good pay and benefits. Lots of company sponsored events. Overall, this has been one of the best companies I have had the chance to work for.
