      Pros

      The people at Allegra are the best I've ever worked with, very passionate, very committed to great causes, very friendly. Being part of the team felt like being part of a family. I truly recommend it, if you're passionate about making a change in the world. It is a very inclusive and diverse environment, everyone is welcomed and treated fairly and equally, which has been a great highlight of my time there.

      Cons

      It could use a little bit more structure it terms of management but it is a place with character and it's good to keep an open mind.
