      Union benefits, health insurance, 401k, set schedules. Base access giving access to gyms. Low cost employee meal.

      Cons

      Set schedules, must submit personal day if you qualify for time outside of schedule. Strict return to work policy.

      Hard work but a great place to work!

      Pros

      Work hours go by quickly because you are working fast and hard. DFAC training hall is great because you get to see the growth of the trainee’s in the 6 weeks! They become so confident in that time.

      Cons

      Mis communication or no communication between breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.
