The students are generally at least nice and open socially. Peer level staff is mostly hard working, to a fault in some cases. High aspirations looking to serve an under-served community.

Cons

Lots of talk and promises from upper management. Get those things in writing, even then may not come through for you. Students are not openly antagonistic, but they will often skip class and then wonder why their grade suffered.

The students are generally very nice and most of the staff are friendly.

Cons

Hardly any guidance from supervisors/department heads. Very stressful at times due to lack of organization and management. Unrealistic working standards for minimal pay compensation. High employee turn over and lack of upward mobility.
