      Not much room to change roles within company (unless you go to Australia) You don't go into publishing to make a lot of money

      Responsible for several top titles in literature in Australia. Friendly staff. Great location in Crows Nest near food, supermarkets, bars, etc. Part of a team.

      Cons

      Not too many opportunities for advancement unless you are in the main departments.
