Pros

Very relaxed. The managers are people you can have conversations with casually. You can make some pretty great friends there as well.

Cons

The management is not very flexible with scheduling. They do not respect their employees' personal lives and time. They will try to undercut your wages and skip out on promotions/raises.

Pros

Being a bowling alley/arcade, the environment is very fun. Management is very relaxed about the "rules". A lot of fun people work there and you can really make some great friends.

Cons

They do not appreciate what their employees do for them. Often times they will schedule you for a 12 hour shift or even worse, an over night shift (11pm-7am) followed by an afternoon shift (1pm-9pm). They do not offer direct deposit and use social security numbers on checks rather than an employee number. They often short employee hours, especially when overtime is involved.

Pros

Everyone works well together to look out after each other. They plan hang outs, we have lock ins with their friends and family.

Cons

It gets harder as the days are slower
