      There’s a lot I could say, but I could basically echo the reviews that are already on here regarding a toxic work environment, distrust-worthy leadership, cliques, a sense of value and career advancement being reserved for only certain types of people, etc. The company is highly concerned with income, so too many projects are taken on without enough resources on teams to complete them without feeling over-stressed, over-worked, and unable to prioritize efficiently. The turnover with this company is pretty high, and there are many reasons why.

      Pros

      Wish I could think of some legitimate pros. Remote work situation is probably the best praise I can offer.

      Cons

      Huge amount of turnover - people constantly being hired and then let go, basically a revolving door of employees. Leadership lacks focus and direction, and apparently Alley’s one big client, Verizon, has taken notice as the workload has diminished drastically. When I left Alley for another position, people were being let go en masse, and it wasn’t handled professionally. I’m still in touch with a few of my former colleagues (the few who are still left!), and I hear morale is low and there is lots of gossip, speculation, and discontent. I don’t see much of a future for the company. Check back in 3-5 years, I bet they won’t even be around then. It’s a hot mess. Sad.
