Pros
Experience building in aviation while getting the safeguard of working for the Perot family.
Cons
Working overtime is a must, no work life balance, zero culture, management has favorites, incredibly underpaid, "good ol' boy" values. Employees were randomly selected for drug tests throughout the duration of their employment. Leadership had political ties, majority of employees had conservative views, again no diversity. Company image and reputation are priorities.
