Unfocused management makes for a factionalized company.

Pros
Due to the quick turn over of employees there is always room for quick advancement. Vendors will bring in food and gifts.
Cons
There is no cohesive management style and all conflicts are to be handled by entry level employees with minimum assistance from community managers or upper management.

Pros
You get alot of experience, but mostly because you have little-to-no leadership. Within the actual office, there is a very friendly environment.
Cons
Little support from the management, and the pay is not comperable to the amount of work you do. It's very much a starter job. The clients can be brutally rude but what makes it worse is that management would rather allow them to be rude, and get their money rather than standing by their employees.
