There were a lot more cons than pros, which is a shame. Processes at this company are way over complicated. Pair those over-complicated processes with micro-managers and it leads to the sink or swim/snake pit environment you'll find at Alliance. Unless you're desperate, don't make the leap to Alliance. With the exception of the reviews on October 15 which were all posted on the same day at the request of Keti Mehta, Chief HR Officer, pay attention to the reviews.

Operations team needs a lot of help. Little to no training. Sink or swim environment. Vacation time prorated. If you start in February, you will only get 2.5 vacation and 3.5 personal days. No one wants to take the blame so they point fingers. Seniors do not acknowledge your presence for at least a year.
