If you get in with the preferred crowd you're golden.

Cons

The HR department gossips incessantly to anyone who will listen, they are incredibly unprofessional. Upper management is unbelievably disrespectful toward staff. They offer no safety or security against breaches and robberies for branch staff and don't care about you as a person.
