Lot of the reviews here are from people that work closely to the management and whose job is to bring them people. The company makes them do it and the employees normal view is far different from the reviews here (look at the review with the most "Helpful" votes). They do not provide any good services to place you. All they do it take money once you get the job. Whatever they promise you and what they deliver is completely different to the point where you can call it lying (I understand companies sometimes can't deliver on their promises but they claim that they did not promise anything at all). Their pay scale is far far less than any other average staffing firms in the whole country. There is no transparency at all in the company. You will not anything from like any Visa related issues to what is the pay you are getting to when you are going to get paid. Just because they call you to their office or call you to conduct an interview do not think that they are a reputable company. They try to portray themselves as some big process oriented organization but don't fall for this trap (They are going to sweet talk you till they get you). They are at the most a very badly managed dishonest and very rude staffing company. P.S: I know working in US is a dream to many people but don't fall in traps like this or you will regret after coming here. There are thousands of other staffing companies that are transparent and honest about what they do. Just google to find them and try to talk to some actual employees if not blindly throw a dart and any other company and I guarantee you it is going to be far better than this company. PPS: They also might have few other companies with different names operated by the same management in the same way. Look out for them as well (compare the addresses, top management people etc).

-The payment is lowest(please before you join this company take a look at glassdoor with your information and then you will know how much should Alliance would pay you), most of the time they will try to take between 40-50% of the total. Believe me ,even when you are in interview process recruiters will tell you that your employer is paying you very low rate. Some times you will make it a Job but Employer will cancel it because he gets less then 40-50% to win on the total. -He won't gave you Medical insurance until you have a year or 2. -They will add you several years to your Resume to get better payment for them(remember 40 or 50% of the total for them and the rest for you) -They don't care about you , they only want to put you on the market an generate money for them. -There are other companies that will take of like 15%-30% of the total.. You should look for them.. -Most of the Good Reviews are from people close from the Company. -The organization for this company is only to generate money from Engineers. -Your payment some times will get late like 3 or 5 days. from 1(first) and 15 from each month. -Most of very very good Engineers leaves company in the process because they get better opportunities (most of the time they other companies will pay like 40%(or more). e.g He brings you with 80k... other company will pay 120-130k per year)
