The pay is quite good.

Cons

There isn't much room for progression. The same tasks everyday, very long hours and physically challenging. Expected to do overtime and not appreciated for it. Very high staff turnover making it difficult for current staff to cope.

Cons

Small company won a big NHS contract. Get the story - cuts, savings on staff's account. Hiring weird people who can't plan and prioritise. No contingency plans. No team leaders or team leaders wanna-be's with poor knowledge of their responsibilities. No area for progress.
