      Great place to learn, but you will get taken advantage of

      Pros

      There are some amazing, kind, brilliant people that work here and they will help you grow and learn. Good place to start out after college for technical experience. Certain types of people will get good opportunities.

      Cons

      You cannot work at another CRO 2 years after end of employment. Not a safe environment. Women are not allowed to have opinions and will be talked over. If you work hard and take on additional roles, you will be taken advantage of and end up burnt out and feeling stuck. Instead of constructive criticism, there is yelling and firing. It is a very toxic environment 90% of the time. If you do not feel comfortable with something, or try to stick up for something that is wrong, you will be met with anger instead of understanding.

      Huge Turnover Rates Don't Lie

      I liked what I did.

      Cons

      Benefits were terrible, CEO only listens to his favorites, HUGE turnover rate, employees aren't given the tools needed to do their jobs successfully but yelled at to do better, coworkers pitted against each other instead of working as a team, management too prideful to admit fault and end up hurting the team more.

      Pros

      You’ll learn a lot of things in a very short period of time. Coworkers are kind, passionate, and very supportive.

      Cons

      Some of these reviews have to be fake. Management(management is one person) is downright atrocious. Extreme micromanagement, corner-cutting, dishonesty, and greed. Treats employees unfairly and takes advantage of them. If you choose to work here, make sure you get your experience and get out quick, because the horrible leadership trickles down and yields a lot of issues. Ridiculously restrictive non-compete. It would be best to just look elsewhere for a job.
