Not a company that cares about the environment, or if you stick around. Turn around in one office so far 2021 is 125%. If you go in the field for this company do not expect to follow OSHA hourly rules or DOT driving rules. 2021 did not even come with a cost of living raise. Expect to be underpaid and gaslit when you ask for a raise. There are a lot of inaccurate reviews on here written by office and HR employees who are urged to write reviews(we receive the same emails). These reviews do not reflect the actual work that this company does. CEO works for the shareholders only (he just got another new lake house), and encourages office managers to ask more from their employees without a consideration for a raise. A typical corporate mould where any new profit is directed towards making more profit. A company that makes money hand over fist and claims to care about the environment while nickel and diming employees is not an honest company. Come try us out!
