Pros

You get weekly pay and laptop.

Cons

Very old schooled. They wanted 100 cold calls a week and 50 visits a week. Some of the marketing ideas were dropping off coffee and donuts in the morning trying to engage clients. Everyone other company does this and still not successful. My advice would be to anyone considering this, take this job only if you're in between jobs. Much better companies in and around the area who have a bigger support system.

Pros

You'll have a job where you can earn money

Cons

You are hired as salary but they doc your pay as if you're hourly. The President of the company is a bully. Makes his own rules regardless of the law. Over micro managing makes for an extremely toxic workplace.

Good place to work at times.

Pros

Supportive management, everyone there wants you to succeed to reach headcount.

Cons

Jobs that you’re recruiting for are low paying, so it’s often difficult to get candidates in the door. Also, candidates coming in or not are out of your control, but it’ll be held against you.
