VP and above are 95% white, and I can say this having visited many of the offices nationwide. As an employee who was overqualified for my position, they have held me down in an extremely siloed environment. If you do anything to help out that isn't in your job description, you are castigated and shamed instead of praised. If you like to stay in your lane, and play the game while quietly getting paid for doing nothing, this is the place for you.

It’s quite clear to me that most of the recent reviews on this site are deliberately written by people in HR as they couldn’t be further from the truth. The company culture is horrendous, management is forcing through a move to Nashville to cut costs but has no clue what they’re doing and it’s destroying the company. The morale is about as bad as it could get. Senior management is incompetent and seems only to care about their own payouts (see 8-K filings). People are leaving left and right (see news articles, they’re accurate). To cut costs they are trying to replace them with inexperienced people without much industry experience. The company is on the verge of imploding. Unless you like that kind of thing, I highly suggest staying far away.
