      Great culture and benefits, but staffing issues persist

      Great company culture and benefits.

      Cons

      Our department is severely understaffed, and management doesn’t seem to be hiring more people. Strong performers are only receiving 50 cent raises each year. Little to no room for growth.

      Nice events but outdated systems cause issues

      Nice events and nice lunchroom

      Systems are out of date and spread across multiple vendors so if one doesn’t work it messes up everything, weird metrics

      Good benefits but limited advancement ooportunities.

      Great benefits and health coverage.

      Cons

      Not many advancement opportunities Never felt like I fit in there. I got very very sick, had a major surgery, thrown under the proverbial bus and then laid off.
