GREEDY MGMT. Overworked and Underpay. Don't work for this company.

You are required to cover Numerous accounts, They do have opportunities to get a higher positions but even if you apply for those higher positions. You will not get them, because the company has their favorite on who they want to promote. They just email everyone about the opportunity just to say they are an equal opportunity employer. If they see you are handling a ton of accounts, They rather keep you working on those accounts and not promote you. There are no Annual Performance Review for raises. I have worked her for 3 years and ONLY gotten 1 review. I had to fight for a pay raise after i got hired on after the probation period. I had to show proof that the mgmt mention i would get a pay raise after i pass the probation period. They only increase the pay by $1 dollar. They are very greedy. They MICRO manage your work. There is never acknowledgement on what you do. They complain if you miss something or if a customer gives a not so favorable review. they will hound you about it. and make you explain why you did that. They don't provide pay raises. They consider the weekly company lunches as pay raises. But will give themselves pay raises if they acquire new contracts with other companies.
