Really lovely, respectful and helpful staff across various domains Great opportunities to affect change Travel opportunities Some of the staff and management are truly wonderful and helpful people Not much redtape in decision making process

Progress of business is greatly stilted and hampered by fear factor associated with founder (Colin) Boss is an egoistic short-tempered man who everyone fears - greatly limits honesty and efficiency of staff. Good heart but needs to learn serious self-restraint Upper Management not always aware of work situation and conditions on grassroots Limited change-management understanding and structures
