Pros

Many opportunities for associates to grow within the company. Hires from within and invests in training for future leadership. State of the art equipment to work with and a very clean facility. Talented and friendly staff.

Cons

The fast pace nature of the work is not for everyone. Priorities change constantly which means you need to be patient and flexible. This is no different from much of the industry.

Angry management and bullying

Pros

- Co workers are nice - Nice lunchroom area - Often free food and company provided events

Cons

I would not recommend giving this company any of your time or energy as I found out the hard way that managers/HR will not and do not have their employees backs. Here are some things I delt with while there: - Angry management that will do anything to put the blame on their employees and not themselves when they are to blame - Public bullying of employees - Supervisor was physically threatening - Employees will constantly be berated for not cleaning up when supervisors leave food and trash everywhere - No communication between Managers and staff or between departments leading to a lot of mistakes and confusion - A lot of equipment needs servicing - No opportunities to be promoted or get raises (unless you know someone higher up)

Pros

Quite, John was kinda cool for the few minutes we talked twice.

Cons

If you are not dating or married to someone there good luck moving up. Management is angry and aggressive. The whole building has drama high-school like drama that they will undoubtedly pull you into. They will " perfer you not to share you wage with other employees to " help not create work place problems " but will tell you they can't tell you not to tell others.
