All management from the lower management MT, PD are there to shift the blame to the floor over themselves, upper management LS see you as a number to lower in order to increase their bonuses. On a daily basis your asked to cut any corner to maximise profit over quality direct quote from management "quantity over quality" on a huge magnet job.
