Pros

Talbot, Wallace and Bruce are very unpleasant to be around. Bring your own noose as they do not supply them here for you. Jeff Rink might have an extra one go to the front desk and ask Patty if he has one available or to buy for five bucks.

Cons

It’s better at a fast food place to work. At least at a fast food place you do not need to wear knee pads.

Pros

Get hired easily Affordable benefits

Cons

You think you're getting hired for the job you apply for and then they "put people where we need them" Have to waste time finding parts or tools to complete jobs that in most cases you can't find to complete the job and are forced to improvise. Zero training and was never given any kind of company handbook with policies

Pros

Laid back atmosphere, very hands-on engineering

Cons

Little or no raises or promotion after about 5 years of employment Cannot retain shop or engineering employees due to substandard compensation Lacking in practices and standards Prefers to seek supervisory employees from outside the company
