There nothing good working for this company. THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE! IT'S POSTED BY THE COMPANY.

Cons

The company is cheap! They operate with an internet cap. The manager monitor when you arrive and when you leave. If you 5mins late for more than two days, you get a warning from the manager. The pay is very low, and the benefit is close to nothing. Most of the employees there are on contract. If you were hired full-time, your probation period is 6months instead of 3months. The managers there are racist. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Very few good things to talk About. I worked there after coming to Canada. I got two offer at the same time as PHP dev after few interviews in separate companies. Accepted the offer from Allied. My bad! It was a bad decision. Got to worked for few months only. Poor team to work with.

Cons

Poor Management, HR. No process or systems they follow. All the good reviews are posted here supposed to be fake and posted by their HR / IT team manager. Very less opportunity to grow. Poor payment. I felt all other team mates are also not motivated.
