- Good location for transport connections - Friendly atmosphere with colleagues - Breakout room to relax

Cons

- Feedback nearly always falls on deaf ears - Workload balance in the digital side not managed well causing stress - Under estimating time required to complete digital work - Requring overtime to resolve issues caused by bad planning. - Pay increases did not match inflation or increased responsibility - Not taking some health conditions into account
