-lot of unfulfilled promises. asked to switch studios and get a permanent desk and the requests go nowhere.
-very low pay. switched company and got paid 20,000 more a year which isn't a shock since that's the average per my position and experience.
-got to talk to my "group leader" three times in 3 years
-bad "bonus structure." seemingly was based on hard work, only made the rich richer and scraps to the lower and middle employees.
-favoritism is obvious.
-lot of contradictory. One person would tell you another way to do something then you would hear something different the next day.
