Autonomy - Allocator is a great place to work because I get to act autonomously and get support from the leaders when needed. I know that if I do well I will be rewarded for my efforts and that I can grow within the company. Great team - The team at Allocator is exceptional. All working together really well and focused on building a great company. Customer-centric - The company and everyone in it embodies the spirit of customer-centricity. The team works closely with existing and new customers to build the next generation of investment management solutions.
Cons
Benefits - As with any growing company the benefits package is a bit lite, but the team are working on improving this
