      Pros

      Allocore is a collaborative, people-first company. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and you feel like your ideas are heard. The work is meaningful—you can see the impact of your contributions directly on the product and the clients. Flexible work arrangements, unlimited PTO, and a focus on results make for a healthy work-life balance. The team is smart and driven, there’s a true sense of shared purpose.

      Cons

      Like any fast growing fintech, things move quickly and priorities can shift, which can feel challenging if you’re not comfortable with change.

      Good pay - Bad culture

      Pros

      The pay is good, and the tech leads are great. The developers are smart and helpful.

      Cons

      The culture is bad. The company recently adopted core values and one of them is "URGENCY." Developers are pushed to churn out new features as fast as possible, including working late weekdays and on weekends. There are even daily meetings including weekends (marked "optional", but you are pressured to attend). There have been new developers hired who either quit or are laid off for not keeping up within a year.
