Pros

The team are super duper. Local cafes and bars are excellent. Discounted food.

Cons

Weekly All Hands is full of fake laughs and forced fun. The job I took is no longer the job I do. My boss is a micromanager. We are fed lies about biz performance but the problems are huge. No room for real creativity. Growing view that the company is doing badly and the axe is on it's way

Smart, caring, ambitious people who also like to have fun. Great mission, great product, love being part of building and scaling it.

Cons

It's a pretty hard trading environment and as a result the company has had to adapt to what's going on to drive healthier performance numbers. Some of the team is responding well to that and others find it harder.
