Pros

There are colleagues which are nice.

Cons

High fluctuation, very poor management, low salaries. Most incompetent and sneaky HR I ever met in my life, only good for writing five stars fake reviews here. Save yourself some time and stay away.

Pros

Very nice coworkers and good working/life balance. Home office

Cons

I used to enjoy working there, I had the feeling that my opinion was valuable and my work and dedication appreciated. It suddenly became a place where the only thing you are allowed to do is blindly follow orders (even if they make no sense) and stay silent. Literally. The employees are not even allowed to speak in the first part of the day in a job where the exchange of opinions and information is crucial. This leads to a very bad atmosphere in the office. It is furthermore almost impossible to grow in terms of position. You will end up handling more tasks but keeping the basic very low salary. For this reason a lot of smart capable coworkers left in the past few months. There’s a lot of micro management from young inexperienced people. The CEO plays the role of the “easy going self made man” by telling stories about himself in a very Steve Jobs kind of style but he likes keeping distance. The message that he spreads is basically “if you don’t like how things are done then you better leave”. And in fact everybody is leaving.

Pros

You can meet a few nice people

Cons

Unexperienced supervisors. Lack of transparency. Supervisors pretending they are super committed to work but working on their personal projects most of the time. Incompetent management. Managers play favorite, if you are not part of that, forget about having any chance. Bad salary. Unethical behavior from some supervisors. Lack of emotional intelligence from the supervisors. Poor leadership. You become part of the furniture when you start working there. Supervisors don’t appreciate your work.
