Decent pay. Holiday pay and vacation.
Cons
You may be terminated for no apparent reason. Favoritism plays a big part in this company. Even if you are a good worker they will not allow you to show it and most long time employees are sneaky and will lie about your performance to supervisors to take heat off of their lack of performance. Felt like walking on eggshells and everyone seems to know information but speak in secrecy.

work stability for excellent workers. All tools are provided to complete the job. new exciting challenges daily. Company trips/events.
Cons
not fair to all employees. the office staff is well taken care of as compared to all field workers. management lacks interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills as regards to schedule changes, overtime, and rumors/lies told to management about other employees. deceptive compensation to field workers.
