Poor technology, lack of leadership, disregard for employees, constant turnover, dishonest feedback, preference for living with broken windows and duct-taped infrastructure rather than addressing root issues

Management is top-notch. They run a very transparent company, are approachable, and listen to feedback from employees. The compensation is fair and in-line with other top prop trading firms. Good benefits package with added perks such as free lunch. Great group of talented co-workers who are team players.

Cons

The timeline for developing new trading technology has been over-promised and under-delivered.

Pros

Fair compensation compared to other prop shops. Great interaction of traders and programmers and risk management. Tech is really custom and catered for the traders to meet our needs. You are put in a position where your potential is limitless, without being micro managed. Healthy interaction among trade groups and a truly talented group of guys. Good benefits package, profit sharing, lunches. Management is transparent about firm health and performance.

Cons

Communication on timelines for new trading technology needs to be made clear. Sometimes requests are lost in the queue.
