Pros
I loved my experience at ALLTOIT. I feel like the company has given so much flexibility to be more creative and strategic with your job. They do a great job at training you and giving you the tools and support you need to learn new skills. I really love the company culture. Some of the best people that you will ever meet work there, I felt very included and was encouraged to speak my mind and be myself!
Cons
Sometimes the work gets a little tedious because you have the same type of goals every month which is tough. I also felt like there wasn't a lot of opportunity for future growth, since the company is small. But if you really want to start your career and want to learn and become an IT professional then ALLTOIT is one of the best company to work with.
