Pros

There are always new features and products being launched, so it's definitely a place where you have opportunities to learn and try new things at a rapid pace and it's a very collaborative environment. The team is very close, welcoming and passionate about the mission.

Cons

There are very busy seasonal periods, and overall communication of information between teams is a work in progress but it's getting better.
