Pros

PTO, higher wages, coworkers, opportunity to switch departments

Cons

You have to “play the game” to get anywhere. Leadership in most roles are disrespectful and unsupportive of employees. There’s always a million things you’re doing wrong, and not a single thing you get credit for doing right. You can work your butt off in any role within Alluma and still get yourself chewed out daily. Communication is awful. Supervisors and directors provide different messages but expect you to follow each of their words. It’s never their fault. This felt like a toxic relationship that I couldn’t escape because it paid my bills, but I felt I was going to get fired or have a mental breakdown every single moment of every single day. They don’t care about your mental health despite being a mental health company.
