Pros
Interacting with the residents is a definite plus and the facility is beautiful. Corporate Management is very accessible and always ready to assist, should you need their input. No one here tries to micromanage the Management team unless you give them reason to, which fosters a very relaxed working atmosphere and a feeling of confidence in your managerial skills.
Cons
It can be challenging when some people are not fully focused on giving 100% each day. Communication and follow-up can be problematic at times.
