There are real opportunities to make an impact, especially for those who are proactive and comfortable in a growing, evolving environment. What stands out most is the genuine commitment to innovation, collaboration and investing in talent and supporting employees at every level. As an industry leader in alternative investment software, the innovation happening here gives the work real purpose. This is a company where your contributions are noticed and your growth is taken seriously.

      Like many companies that are growing and evolving, there are still opportunities to make processes more consistent and scalable across teams. The pace of change can be fast, which creates opportunity, but it also requires flexibility and comfort with ambiguity.

      Things have gotten much better the last 3 years. Much better transparency, much better communication, ELT members are stable and doing a great job

      Great people, smart teams, great regional team building events, and plenty of opportunities to make an impact. Leaders are generally approachable, and if you're willing to roll up your sleeves, you can drive meaningful change. The business continues to evolve, which creates exposure to new challenges and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Priorities can shift quickly and teams are often asked to do more with less. Change can sometimes outpace communication, and decision-making isn't always as streamlined as it could be. The pace isn't for everyone, but if you enjoy it, you'll thrive.
