      Pros

      Nice office, collegial, supportive colleagues and middle management.

      Cons

      Operationally a mess. Upper management has focused on growth at any cost. Lower workers are saddled with an unrealistic workload leaving them burnt out, and leaving clients unhappy.

      The best part about Allworth is that pat and scott will happily put together a little video about how they understand we’re overworked without changing anything.

      Cons

      They pay lower than average salaries while the work load is higher than most others. Poor work/life balance.

      There are not many pros at this Firm.

      Cons

      Horrible Compensation. They could careless about their Associates even though one of their core competences is " putting associates first". It's the complete opposite. Allworth has no intention for fostering growth for their employees. Compensation is only a few dollars more than a line cook at In N Out.
