Great work environment and experience so far
Pros
The company is really well organized regarding new employee onboardings, making you feel welcome and appreciated. Onboarding, trainings and new information is provided in a way that looks well thought out and spaced out in a span of multiple weeks that allows you to connect the dots and putting things together. Colleagues are really helpful, welcoming and well mannered. Working policy is ideal, if your work type allows you may work remote whenever you want and may visit the office whenever you desire as well. I hope they keep this goal oriented mindset vs butts in the office chair as some other companies do.
Cons
I haven't been able to identify cons yet, except maybe some issues regarding day to day development lifecycle that could be improved and enhance development, testing and delivery speed . I believe there are ongoing discussions and efforts to iron out the kinks though so this is what matters
