Pros

Few very good professionals. Compensation for the higher ups.

Cons

Mediocre top management with no experience of the industry. Czechs are playing power games which gets down to Director level. Lots of politics -favoritism towards friends of the shareholders impacts heavily a good part of the business. Processes which are followed only when convenient. No culture yet and no effort to form one. Salaries for the low end tend on the ridiculous side. Lots of meetings, little accountability. Toxic environment here and there.

Premises, Offices, Systems, Experience gained.

Cons

Micro Management, Toxic environment, Inadequate and ineffective induction plan, No clear procedures, Everything is urgent, Work life balance only as a joke.

Pros

Sales will always be good, monopoly is guarantee until 2020. Benefits for the government employees were good the others so-so. OPAP can pay good salaries since the profits are very good.

Cons

When I was there it was owned and managed by government so everything depended on politics and the unions... 2 of the worst combinations to make a company run good. Then the Czechs came and everything has changed geared towards profit.
