Pros

Quality of talent in the last 6 months has probably doubled. I value learning a ton quickly and I find ample opportunities here to do so

Cons

Nothing extreme. Teams are growing fast so specific effort needs to go in making the independent development teams more effective

Pros

There is so much attention on the individual, whether it is from their manager or the founders directly. There is so much transparency that in fact recently, the VCs who invested in AllyO came into the office to share why and then spent time with us to learn about that world better. I really feel my ideas are listened to and I am given sufficient independence to go execute on them. Every insanely growing place has some process challenges, but I think what matters is attitude towards resolving those.

Cons

Because everyone is moving so quickly, sometimes it's hard to know who is working on what. The company should over communicate their strategy. I recently went to a session where this happened but AllyO should do this more

Fantastic product and people. Really friendly and everyone pulls in the same direction. Great place to work!
